Job summary

Vivid Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architect to lead luxury multi-residential projects in Brisbane. You will drive the project from concept through construction, bringing both design flair and technical rigour to the studio.

The role includes mentoring junior staff and contributing to a strong, design-driven team in Brisbane CBD. Revit proficiency and solid experience in luxury residential work are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running luxury multi-residential projects end to end.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Luxury or high-end residential experience preferred.
• Strong design eye with ability to back ideas.
