Job summary

Design & Build is partnering with a national architecture practice to appoint an Associate Architect in their Brisbane studio. You will lead the multi-residential team, drive design excellence and oversee delivery from concept to completion.

You'll bring 10+ years post-Masters, strong Revit proficiency and BIM workflow knowledge, and proven experience managing large-scale projects and teams. This role offers ownership of city-shaping projects and a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• QLD Registration highly regarded.
• Minimum 10 years' post-Masters experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex multi-residential projects.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects.
• Advanced Revit proficiency and a strong understanding of BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from concept through to completion for multi-residential projects.
• Lead and coordinate the multi-residential team to drive design quality and outcomes.
