The Tree Company invites applicants across all experience levels to join our Melbourne teams. Climbers, ground crew, ESI and trainees will work on a variety of council, park and residential jobs, with opportunities to gain new tickets and progress through roles.

We offer well above-award pay banded to your tickets and experience, plus PPE, uniforms and a steady contract pipeline. Expect consistent start/finish times and a modern fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience ranges from trainee to climbing arborist.
• Certifications in arboriculture preferred.
• White Card and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to site variations.

Responsibilities

• Perform pruning, removals and related arborist tasks across sites.
• Assist with equipment setup and safe operation on site.
• Collaborate with team on council, park and residential projects.
