Victory Tree Care is seeking skilled climbing arborists to join our growing team in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. You will perform tree climbing, removals, pruning, rigging and ground work, with opportunities for diverse residential and commercial projects.

We value safety, clear communication with clients, and a willingness to learn new techniques in a dynamic environment as we expand our operations.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Arboriculture is highly regarded.
• Experience in the tree industry is highly regarded.
• The ability to work well and safely under pressure.
• Eagerness to learn – there are always new skills to be learned in our industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to also communicate to the highest standards with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Tree climbing - including removals, pruning, rigging, etc.
• Ground work - including rigging, ropes, chipping branches and driving trucks (if licensed)
• Tree pruning, trimming and shaping for residential customers, schools, real estate agents, etc.
• General hedge maintenance
• Tree and branch removal – safe removal of dead, diseased or hazardous trees and/or branches using appropriate techniques and equipment
• Conducting risk assessments to determine safest method for removal

We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for climbing arborists to join our expanding team.

About the role:

Tree climbing - including tree removals, pruning, rigging, etc. We are pleased to offer almost daily climbs for a variety of work

Ground work - including rigging, ropes, chipping branches, driving trucks (if licensed)

Tree pruning, trimming and shaping all types of trees for residential customers, schools, real estate agents, etc.

General hedge maintenance

Tree and branch removal – safe removal of dead, diseased or hazardous trees and/or branches using the appropriate techniques and equipment

Conducting risk assessments in order to determine safest method for removal

What you bring to the role:
