Job summary

Inner West Council seeks an Aquatics Operations Supervisor to oversee daily pool operations, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance across our aquatic facilities.

You will work with the Operations Team Leader to analyse reports, maintain standards, and support a diverse community with quality services.

Remuneration includes $73,924.24–$82,321.20 plus 12% superannuation, with flexible work arrangements where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation with competencies in Aquatic Technical Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pool operations and performance
• Prepare and analyse operational reports
• Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards
• Coordinate with Operations Team Leader and Centre staff
