St Andrew's Anglican College – Peregian Beach QLD is seeking a casual Customer Service Officer for the College Aquatic Centre. You’ll be at the front line, ensuring visitors have a safe, welcoming experience while delivering good service.

Responsibilities include assisting with swim school program administration, maintaining a tidy reception, and coordinating attendance and entry. A positive attitude and confidentiality are essential; a valid Blue Card is required.

About the Aquatic Centre:

The College Aquatic Centre is a state of the art, 10 lane Olympic sizes 2m deep pool with a purpose built indoor learn to swim pool. The Aquatic Centre situated on the Sunshine Coast, 20km south of Noosa. The centre offers swimming lessons, squad programs, water polo and fitness classes to the College’s students and the wider community.

Our Aquatic Centre is seeking an efficient and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service to meet the needs of students and parents, fostering a friendly and approachable atmosphere.
• Administration involved with swim school program delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area, managing attendance and monitoring entry and exit efficiently.
• Collaboratewith your team to ensure consistent and professional interactions, enhancing the overall experience at the Aquatic Centre.

• Provenproblem-solving abilities and organisational skills.
• Anunderstanding of swim school program delivery and administration desired but not essential.
• A commitment to confidentiality and maintaining professionalism.
• A valid Blue Card, in line with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000.
• Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the Aquatic Centre.
