St Andrew's Anglican College – Peregian Beach QLD is seeking a casual Customer Service Officer for the College Aquatic Centre. You’ll be at the front line, ensuring visitors have a safe, welcoming experience while delivering good service.

Responsibilities include assisting with swim school program administration, maintaining a tidy reception, and coordinating attendance and entry. A positive attitude and confidentiality are essential; a valid Blue Card is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a friendly, proactive approach to customer service.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and strong organisational skills.
• Understanding of swim school program delivery and administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to students and parents.
• Assist with swim school program administration.
