Job summary

NDIA in Wollongong is seeking an APS6 Planner to assess difficult participant situations, identify safeguarding risks and develop intervention strategies, while providing specialist written and verbal advice to NDIA staff managing safeguarding matters.

You will manage urgent participant cases and coordinate short-term safeguarding responses, building strong relationships with internal and external agencies to support participant safety and wellbeing.
