Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty seeks an experienced UiPath Senior Developer to lead RPA initiatives in Canberra. The role requires 5+ years in software development and at least 3 years in RPA, with competencies in mentoring staff and guiding best practices. Prior automated testing experience is essential.

Australian citizens in Australia only; Baseline clearance eligibility is mandatory. This position is based in Canberra and involves hands-on development and team leadership within a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring staff in the use of Robotic Process Automation tools.
• Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
• Previous experience with Automated Software Testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentorship to team on RPA tooling and best practices.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
• Evaluate and optimize automation workflows for reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure automated testing coverage for RPA solutions.
