Job summary

HCLTech in Australia is seeking a RPA Developer with 3-5+ years of UiPath experience to design, build, test automation workflows and deliver client training.

The role requires UiPath Advanced Developer Certification, strong UiPath skills, and proficiency in VB.NET/C#/Python scripting. You will work independently and mentor junior teammates in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on UiPath automation experience.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath and end-to-end UiPath offerings.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge (VBA/VB/Java/C#) or Python is a plus.

RPA Developer (3-5+ yrs of relevant experience)

Job Summary: As a RPA Developer you will provide solution design’s to customers throughout the deployment and involve in testing and delivering technical training to the clients.

• Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath.
• 5+ hands-on experience with UiPath
• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end-to-end UiPath offerings.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing, implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with RE-framework.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a must.
• Excellent communication skill is a must.
• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is a must (or any scripting language, python is a plus)
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator
• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs, and project implementation phase.
• Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed.
• Develop workflows and custom activities using Vb .Net/C#.
• Responsible for the overall testing cycles
• Deliver technical training, demos, blueprints and provide the necessary support for new/existing clients.

Mandate & Must Requirements:

• Proficient with UIPath solutions like IXP, Test automation, Coding agents etc.
• Ability to work independently on assignments
• Manage and mentor junior team members
