Job summary

Indigeco is recruiting an APS4 Senior Service Support Officer for our Commonwealth Government client based in Maroochydore. This is a 12 month labour hire contract supporting a national mental health and wellbeing service for veterans, Defence service members and their families.

This role provides frontline customer service, telephony, reception and administrative support within a multidisciplinary service delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Baseline security clearance is mandatory.
• Australian citizenship is required for APS labour hire.
• Ability to complete Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
• Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in administration, customer service, reception, telephony or service support.
• Strong communication skills to support clients and stakeholders respectfully and professionally.
• Confidence using multiple ICT systems to manage records and support service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Undertake frontline telephony duties and manage initial client and stakeholder contact.
• Provide front-of-house, reception and administrative support across service delivery streams.
• Use multiple ICT systems to manage client information and support service delivery requirements.
• Support queue management, telephony schedules, service standards and process queries.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records in line with required procedures.
• Participate in scheduled learning, development and coaching activities.
• Provide administrative training assistance and work with a remote administrative team.

Indigeco is recruiting an APS4 Senior Service Support Officer for our Commonwealth Government client based in Maroochydore. This is a 12 month labour hire contract opportunity supporting a national mental health and wellbeing service for veterans, Defence service members and their families.

This role provides frontline customer service, telephony, reception and administrative support within a multidisciplinary service delivery environment. You will manage initial client and stakeholder contact, support regional clinical teams and help ensure clients receive professional, timely and respectful service.

Your Responsibilities

Your Requirements

• Current Baseline security clearance is mandatory
• Australian citizenship is required to be employed in the Australian Public Service as a labour hire worker
• Ability to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check prior to commencement
• Current Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
• Experience in administration, customer service, reception, telephony or service support
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support clients and stakeholders respectfully and professionally
• Confidence using multiple systems, managing records and working to service standards or KPIs

Your Perks

• Hourly payrate is $54.88 to $58.53 per hour
• 12-month labour hire contract with extension opportunity of up to 12 months
• Maroochydore location with 37.5 hours per week
