Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty Ltd is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide frontline ICT support to staff in Australia. The role covers hardware, software, network, accounts and devices, and contributes to reliable, customer-focused ICT services.

Based in a 100% office-based environment within the Australian Public Service context, you will liaise with staff and vendors, support projects, and maintain up-to-date procedures and knowledge articles.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ICT support in the Australian Public Service.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and supporting users.
• Maintaining ICT systems and service records.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy service environment.
• Follows ICT security and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT support for hardware, software, network, accounts and devices.
• Triage, resolve and elevate service requests and incidents per service levels.
• Administer user accounts, systems, devices and ICT asset records.
• Support ICT projects, upgrades, testing, rollouts and implementations.
