Reporting to the Apprenticeship Services Manager, you will travel to communities, schools and workplaces, building relationships, developing opportunities, and guiding candidates through their qualifications while

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively across a range of personality types and age groups.
• Background in mentoring and/or coaching, ideally with youth.
• Experience in developing report and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Experience conducting workplace visits and understanding training contracts.
• Working With Children’s Check and National Police Check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Out in the community, calling upon host employers, undertaking business development and account management.
• Mentor Australian Apprentices and provide ongoing support to apprentices and host employers.
• Create employment opportunities and develop a pipeline of suitable candidates.
• Respond to queries, provide quotes and proposals to host employers, liaise with RTOs.
• Conduct workplace visits and ensure safe work environments.
