Job summary

MEGT (Australia) Ltd is seeking a capable leader to oversee the Apprenticeship Connect Provider (ACP) Division in Southport. You will manage a team of Assessment Services Consultants, driving performance and consistent customer service for apprentices and employers.

You’ll oversee reporting, documentation, and stakeholder relationships to support quality assessment services. This is a fixed-term parental leave contract until October 2027, based in Southport.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, business development, or similar
• Strong customer service, communication, and administration skills
• A professional, customer‑focused approach with strong organisation skills
• A results‑oriented mindset balanced with integrity and empathy
• Knowledge of the VET sector or Australian Apprenticeships (highly regarded)
• A current driver’s licence and ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with a desire to engage and empower others
• Experience in adjusting workloads to meet objectives and deadlines
• Identify skills gaps and support team members with training
• Understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Program and VET sector will be highly regarded
