Airservices Australia is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator to lead the establishment and coordination of its apprenticeship and traineeship program. The role reports to the Technical Training & Delivery team and involves liaising with TAFEs, RTOs and partners to build a strong foundation for future growth.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating apprenticeship, traineeship, early careers, learning, workforce development or similar programs.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong administration, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting program governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to establish new processes, frameworks and ways of working in a developing environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Workforce Development or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
