Haeusler's Group is offering an Apprenticeship for a Service Technician across Echuca, Mildura, Sea Lake and Shepparton dealerships starting early 2027. The program includes a Certificate III Trade Qualification, on-the-job training and mentorship, with John Deere University training and multi-site transfer opportunities.

Ideal applicants are reliable, eager to learn, mechanically minded and able to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undertake a mechanical qualification while working on heavy diesel machines.
• Must be reliable and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with basic service, repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Developing skills in removal, disassembly and reconditioning of components.
• Developing knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Participate in tailored trade training programs with Registered Training Provider.
• Using and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Applying policies and procedures to day-to-day duties.
• Following safe working practices in the workplace.

Job description

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about agriculture and are keen to gain a mechanical qualification working on heavy diesel machines. This is an exciting long term, professional career opportunity. Positions are available at our Echuca, Mildura, Sea Lake and Shepparton dealerships starting in early 2027. We will also consider 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprentice applications.
