Job summary

Agricultural Equipment Holdings Group – Shepparton VIC is seeking a Service Technician to service, repair and pre-deliver leading agricultural machinery. You will diagnose and fix equipment with precision and contribute to a strong team culture while supporting local farmers.

Ideal candidates hold a heavy vehicle diesel mechanic trade or are willing to acquire one, possess a valid driver’s license, and are committed to safety and quality workmanship in a fast-paced rural environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a heavy vehicle diesel mechanic/technician trade qualification, or willingness to acquire.
• Possess a current driver’s license.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills with a mechanically minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairing and pre-delivering industry-leading agricultural machinery.
• Diagnosing and fixing a wide range of equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentoring and motivating apprentices – sharing your knowledge and building a strong team culture.
• Taking part in on-site jobs and after-hours callouts.
