Job description

Working alongside our experienced Parts team, you'll learn all aspects of agricultural machinery parts. This is an apprenticeship combining practical, hands-on experience within our dealership with formal TAFE training through Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) – AUR31020.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and interpreting parts for agricultural machinery
• Assisting customers at the parts counter and over the phone
• Ordering, receiving and dispatching parts
• Using electronic parts catalogues and dealership systems
• Managing stock and keeping the Parts department organised
• Working closely with our Service and Sales teams
• Building your knowledge of agricultural machinery, parts and accessories
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
