Serafin Ag Pro in Griffith, NSW, is offering a full-time Parts Interpreter Traineeship. The role focuses on dispatching parts, selling parts and equipment over the counter, and building strong customer relationships from a central Griffith base.

You will also keep stock tidy, assist with stock takes, and support management as needed. Ideal for a year 12 leaver or someone starting a career in agriculture, with on‑the‑job training and supplier training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is essential.
• Proactive, driven attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player who can work with others in a busy workshop environment.
• Basic computer skills for stock and sales records.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and hold it–no exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching parts to customers and workshop.
• Sell parts and light agricultural equipment over the counter.
• Develop relationships with customers and service their needs.
• Stack shelves and maintain display areas for easy access.
• Assist with stock takes and general upkeep of the parts department.
• Support management as required.

PARTS INTERPRETER - Traineeship on offer

Serafin Ag Pro, located in Griffith NSW is a dynamic agricultural machinery sales and service company operating throughout the Riverina.We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused person to manage the sales team.

A great career opportunity has become available for a year 12 leaver or anyone looking towards establishing their career in the agricultural industry and furthering their qualifications through a traineeship.This position is based in Griffith, NSW.

This position is a full-time position; Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with rostered Saturday mornings.

Duties include but not limited to.

Dispatching Parts.

Sale of parts and minor agricultural equipment to customers over the counter and in the workshop.

Developing relationships with customers and servicing their requirements.

Stacking shelves and presentation of display areas.

Assisting with stock takes and general upkeep of the parts department.

Assist Management as required.

To be successful for this role, you must have.

Good customer service and personable telephone manner.

Have a proactive and driven attitude.

Be a team player and possess computer skills.

A valid driver’s licence is essential.

On-the-job training and supplier training on all products will be provided. This position offers exposure to a wide and interesting variety of products giving you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow your career
