We are currently seeking Trainee Parts Interpreters to join our teams in Dubbo, Gilgandra and Narromine. This is an entry-level position offering comprehensive on-the-job training, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the agricultural and construction machinery industry.

No prior parts experience is required. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a long-term career.

What you will Learn

Learn to interpret parts for our customers at the counter and over the phone and interpret for our service department.

Learn to identify and source required parts and provide advice regarding specifications, including make, model and variations.

Learn to process payments, prepare quotes and discounts for parts.

Learn to collect, pack and dispatch parts and receipt in-shipments, delivery to other inventory locations.

Learn to source and order parts from numerous suppliers and follow up on back orders and stock shortages.

Learn to complete stocktaking and restock of showroom as necessary.

Learn to effectively communicate updates with customers.

Learn to operate our inventory control system (Gateway/Voyager).
