Job summary

Green by Nature in Sydney CBD is offering an Apprentice program to gain hands-on experience in parks and gardens. You will work with professionals to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, while attending weekly classroom sessions to build your theoretical knowledge and earn a nationally recognised Cert III trade qualification.

Throughout the program you will receive expert mentorship and practical training, with opportunities for leadership roles such as Team Leader or Site Manager upon

Qualifications

• Must be Australian citizen to satisfy educational requirements.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Driver's licence is desirable but not essential.
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) and White Card (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance green spaces under supervision.
• Attend weekly classroom sessions to build theoretical knowledge.
• Work with skilled professionals and mentors to develop horticultural skills.
