Job summary

Green by Nature is offering a four-year apprenticeship program in parks and gardens, based around Botany, NSW. You will work with experienced professionals to maintain and improve green spaces while attending classroom sessions to build theoretical knowledge.

The program leads to a nationally recognised Cert III trade qualification and prepares you for leadership roles such as Team Leader or Site Manager. You'll receive expert mentorship, safety training, and ongoing development opportunities as

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Valid Drivers' licence is desirable but not essential.
• Valid National Police Check (or be willing to obtain).
• Valid Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain).
• Valid White Card (or be willing to obtain).
• You must be an Australian citizen to satisfy the educational requirements of this role.

This role is based within a team caring for a prestigious client's sites in and around the Botany area.

Throughout the program, you'll receive expert mentorship and practical training, leading to a nationally recognised Cert III trade qualification. Upon completion, you'll be well-prepared to step into leadership roles such as Team Leader or Site Manager, equipped with the confidence and skills to make a lasting impact in the field of horticulture.
