Job summary

Green by Nature AU is offering a four-year apprenticeship program based in Sydney CBD. You will gain hands-on experience maintaining and enhancing green spaces while earning a nationally recognised Cert III trade qualification.

Qualifications

• You must be an Australian citizen to satisfy the educational requirements of this role.
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to obtain a White Card.
• Driver's licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn plant recognition, care, and maintenance.
• Implement plant nutrition programs.
• Manage pests and diseases.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems.
• Conduct transplanting, pruning, and mowing operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operate equipment.

This role is based in Sydney CBD

Throughout the program, you'll receive expert mentorship and practical training, leading to a nationally recognisedCert III trade qualification. Upon completion, you'll be well-prepared to step into leadership roles such asTeam LeaderorSite Manager, equipped with the confidence and skills to make a lasting impact in the field of horticulture.
