Evolution Mining's Northparkes Operations invites applicants to join a four-year Apprenticeship Program that combines hands-on training with a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate through a Registered Training Organisation. You’ll learn to maintain crushers, conveyors and pumps while supported by experienced tradespeople.

Roster is Monday to Friday with a 9-day fortnight. You must have Year 12 and a current driver’s license, be safety-minded and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Hands-on individual with a genuine interest in mechanical systems.
• Strong commitment to safety and learning on the job.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Current driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspecting and maintaining fixed plant machinery.
• Learn to diagnose faults and perform mechanical repairs.
• Support preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain workshop housekeeping and safety standards.
