Job summary

East Coast Apprenticeships in Brisbane Metro region (head office Strathpine) seeks a dedicated Apprentice Coach & Field Support Lead to guide learners from initiation to qualification, onboard new entrants, and ensure safety and compliance across the program.

You will liaise with host employers and RTOs, provide mentoring when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of GTO services while promoting East Coast Apprenticeships in the community.

• Strong focus on safety and compliance within apprenticeship programs.
