Job summary

IntoWork Australia is seeking 1st/2nd-year Apprentice Chefs for Coppabella camp. This DIDO role offers meals and camp accommodation, with mentoring from a Senior Chef to build a solid foundation in industrial catering.

You'll learn on the floor, assist with meals, and uphold strict kitchen hygiene while delivering great customer service to camp residents. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Apprentice Chef status (1st or 2nd year) with passion for food.
• Food Handling Certificate is required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
• Good customer service and strong organisational habits.
• Presentable, clean and professional on the floor.
• Ability to manage DIDO travel to Coppabella camp.

Responsibilities

Coppabella QRI Camp is seeking passionate 1st and 2nd-year Apprentice Chefs to join our close-knit kitchen family. If you have a strong passion for food, a great attitude, and want to get a head start in the booming camp kitchen industry, we want to hear from you!

This is a DIDO (Drive-In, Drive-Out) role. Local candidates from the surrounding region are highly preferred. Camp facilities avaialble for DIDO applicants.

Roster:

Select your preferred roster (Monday - Friday, 4 or-3-off or 7 on-7-off).
