Job summary

RACV Noosa Resort invites aspiring chefs to join as a 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Chef in a large resort kitchen. You’ll learn hygienic practices, food preparation, knife skills, and cookery methods under experienced chefs, gaining exposure across kitchen sections.

Full availability for shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays is required. You will be supported to complete a Certificate III in Cookery, with on-the-job training and supervision provided by qualified chefs.

Qualifications

• Passion and enthusiasm for cooking and developing culinary skills.
• Clear communication and ability to work in a team.
• Reliability and commitment to completing a certificate 3 cookery qualification.

Responsibilities
