Qualifications

• Has genuine interest in carpentry and construction.
• Is punctual, ready to work and willing to learn.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Works well within a team and takes pride in their workmanship.
• Holds a White Card or is willing to obtain one.
• Has a driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
• Enrolment in a full-time apprenticeship with ongoing mentoring.
• Learn from experienced tradespeople who want to teach.
• Engages in renovations, extensions and new builds across projects.
• Friday coffee shout and regular team activities every 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across all stages of residential construction.
• Work on framing and lock-up.
• Assist with fix, fit-off, decking and cladding tasks.
• Learn from experienced carpenters and builders.
• Develop skills to progress toward becoming a qualified carpenter.
