Job summary

Programmed is seeking 1st or 2nd year Apprentice Boilermaker to join the Muswellbrook workshop in the Hunter Valley. The role runs Mon-Fri, 06:00–14:30, with hands-on training and TAFe study to qualify as a Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering Trade.

We value teammates who are motivated, safety‑conscious and eager to build a long-term career with an industry leader. No prior experience required beyond enthusiasm and reliability.

Qualifications

• Completion of Year 10 or equivalent.
• Completion of a relevant pre-apprenticeship course is advantageous, but not essential.
• A current Driver's License is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn the safe use of tools and equipment and assemble metal parts to fabricate, maintain and repair mechanical plant.
• Gain hands-on, on-the-job training with qualified tradespeople and TAFe study.
• Invest in your four-year apprenticeship with potential for leadership roles in the future.
