Job summary

Programmed Industrial Maintenance in NSW's Hunter Region is seeking 1st or 2nd year Apprentice Boilermaker to join our Muswellbrook workshop. Hours are Monday to Friday 06:00–14:30, with hands-on training alongside qualified tradespeople and other apprentices.

You will develop skills toward Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering Trade through on‑the‑job training and TAFE, with long‑term career progression in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn the safe use of tools and equipment to assemble metal parts to fabricate, maintain and repair mechanical plant and production equipment.
• Gain exposure working in a workshop and on client sites as the apprenticeship progresses.
• Receive hands-on, on-the-job training alongside qualified tradespeople and other apprentices.
• Complete TAFE training as part of obtaining the Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering Trade.
