Evolution Mining is offering a four-year Apprentice – Boilermaker (Fixed Plant) Full Time in NSW. You’ll train under experienced tradespeople, earn a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate, and receive toolkits, TAFE accommodation and support as needed.

The roster is 5/2/4/3 (Dayshift), with duties to assist boilermakers in fabrication, maintenance and repair of mining equipment, while building practical trade skills and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Year 12 or equivalent.
• Must hold a current Driver's Licence.
• mechanically minded with a strong work ethic.
• Eager to learn, follow instructions and work safely in a team.
• Demonstrates initiative and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified boilermakers with fabrication, maintenance and repair of mining equipment.
• Support installation and servicing of fixed plant and mining equipment.
• Develop trade skills through on-the-job training and TAFE coursework.
• Maintain health, safety and security standards and identify risks.
• Attend formal training and complete program requirements.
