Job summary

JOBSTAR PTY LTD in Frankston invites applications for an Apprentice Baker. You\'ll learn all aspects of commercial baking and be part of a friendly team.

Working hours are 2:00am to 10:00am, six days per week, Tuesday to Saturday with an extra day as required. No prior experience needed; training provided and you\'ll work toward a nationally recognised baking qualification.

Qualifications

• No prior baking experience required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced bakery.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix doughs and batters.
• Bake breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery products.
• Operate bakery equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Assist with daily production.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.

As an Apprentice Baker, you will learn all aspects of commercial baking, including:

• Preparing and mixing doughs and batters


• Baking breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery products


• Operating bakery equipment safely


• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace


• Assisting with daily production


• Following food safety and quality standards
