Qualifications

• CRM experience with data entry and lead tracking.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Background in customer service or cold calling.
• Strong phone manner and organisational skills.
• Experience with appointment setting or admin support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and online enquiries.
• Greet showroom walk-in customers.
• Qualify and manage incoming leads.
• Book and confirm appointments for Solar & Battery Specialists.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up on attendance.
