Job summary

The NSW Early Learning Commission seeks an Application Support Analyst to provide customer-centred IT system support for the National Quality Agenda IT Systems (NQAITS).

You will deliver training, respond to inquiries, analyse incidents, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep the system aligned with regulatory practices, enabling regulators to oversee early childhood education services effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical and functional IT systems support including delivering training sessions.
• Impeccable customer-focused service delivery.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse issues and provide practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into clear, plain English.
• Effective stakeholder and organisational skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses and solutions to NQAITS-related inquiries and incidents, ensuring alignment with regulatory processes.
• Deliver targeted training to regulatory staff focused on executing key processes within NQAITS.
• Proactively analyse system incidents and data requests, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions.
• Engage with regulatory staff to stay informed of changing business practices, ensuring system support remains relevant.
• Support service and project delivery activities, including data extraction, meeting coordination, and documentation preparation.
