Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking an Appian Developer to design, build and deploy Appian-based applications with strong client-facing experience. The role is based in Melbourne and offers flexible hybrid working arrangements reviewed case-by-case.

You will lead teams, present solutions, perform POCs, and coordinate with customer success managers while driving automation and low-code initiatives across ERP/CRM domains.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of client-facing experience in the analysis, design, development and rollout of Appian-based applications.
• Strong Appian design and development experience, including Appian BPM, connectors, web services and custom development such as Java.
• Knowledge of automation and low-code platforms, plus ERP, CRM, BPM/workflow, data integration/EAI and/or enterprise architecture and data management.
• Experience leading teams and multiple engagements, with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk-management capabilities.
• Appian Developer Certification(s), with excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities
