Splunk, a Cisco company, seeks a Director of Security Solutions Architecture for APJC. You will lead a high‑performing team across markets, translate global security priorities into a regional execution plan, and drive growth of the Splunk Security portfolio in APJC.

You will partner with Account Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing and Partners to shape architectures, influence opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes with senior customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 15+ years in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, technical sales, solutions engineering or solutions architecture.
• Significant people leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire senior technical professionals across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated experience leading a regional technical sales, security architecture or specialist organization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and evolving cybersecurity landscape.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical sales execution with measurable outcomes.
• Experience engaging senior customer executives (CISOs, CIOs) on transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to operate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing and Partner organizations in a global company.
• Deep knowledge of Security Operations, SIEM, SOC modernization, threat detection and automation.
• Understanding of AI and agentic technologies and their security implications.
• Experience with Splunk Security products and Cisco Security portfolio.
• Experience leading specialist teams across APJC markets.
• Track record of leading senior specialist teams where influence matters more than scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APJC Security Solutions Architecture organization, overseeing senior security specialists across markets.
• Own regional technical strategy for Splunk Security, translating global priorities into APJC execution plans.
• Drive technical execution to grow pipeline, achieve wins, and protect renewals.
• Partner with Account Solutions Engineering to ensure specialist input informs discovery and solution development.
• Shape strategic customer engagements with CISOs and senior technology executives on security transformation.
• Brin g Splunk and Cisco capabilities in field engagements to create differentiated opportunities for growth.
• Develop repeatable architectures, enablement and field practices to scale specialist impact across APJC.
• Represent APJC in interlocks with global Security, Product and Engineering teams.
