Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in enterprise technology or cybersecurity.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise tech, cybersecurity, or security architecture.
• Significant people leadership experience across multiple countries and markets.
• Experience leading regional technical sales, security architecture, or specialist teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APJC Security Solutions Architecture organization across multiple markets.
• Own the regional technical strategy for Splunk Security.
• Drive technical execution to grow pipeline, wins and renewal protection.
• Partner with Account Solutions Engineering to provide specialist guidance.
• Shape strategic customer engagements with CISOs and security leaders.
