Splunk leads a regional Security Solutions Architecture organization across APJC, translating Cisco security strategy into an APJC execution plan with measurable outcomes.

The Director will guide a distributed team of senior Security specialists, aligning with sales, product and engineering to accelerate growth in security, resilience, and AI-driven security operations across the APJC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, technical sales, solutions engineering or solutions architecture.
• Significant people leadership experience across multiple countries and markets.
• Experience leading a regional technical sales, security architecture or specialist organization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures, security operations and evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APJC Security Solutions Architecture organization across multiple markets and senior technical leaders.
• Translate global security priorities into an APJC execution plan and measurable outcomes.
• Drive regional security initiatives to influence pipeline, technical wins, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Account Solutions Engineering to shape architecture decisions and customer engagements.
• Develop repeatable architectures and field practices to scale specialist capability across APJC.
