Job summary

Smartsheet Inc. is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to enable and grow Smartsheet partners across the APJ region from Sydney.

You will drive a programmatic approach to upskilling the partner ecosystem, collaborating with sales, services, and product teams, and delivering training programs across multiple formats. You will support partner recruitment, manage exams and certifications, and maintain content in our partner CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience with a services-centric partner community in B2B software.
• Understanding of enterprise software Professional Services practice economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical field or enablement/education within a technical field.
• Proven ability to deliver clear, compelling technical content to diverse audiences.
• Willing to travel up to 40% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Partner Program Lead in enabling and executing the Aligned Partner Program.
• Execute and manage the Partner Enablement program regionally with key stakeholders.
• Build partner competency via asynchronous, instructor-led, and web-based trainings.
• Deliver live and virtual learning sessions covering product, sales, and services delivery.
• Assist Partners with demos, API details, and product expertise during recruitment meetings.
