Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Principal Partner Enablement Manager to shape how partners sell, deliver and grow with Smartsheet in APJ. The role is Sydney-based and reports to the Senior Director, Strategy, with high visibility across the partner ecosystem.

You will enable and execute the Aligned Partner Program, build partner competency through diverse trainings, and collaborate with internal teams to drive regional revenue and partner success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical field or enablement within a tech environment.
• Experience with services-centric partner communities in B2B software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical topics simply.
• Proven ability to drive programs from concept through completion with minimal guidance.
• Willing to travel up to 40% as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Partner Program Lead in enabling and executing the Aligned Partner Program.
• Execute and manage the Partner Enablement program regionally with key stakeholders.
• Build partner competency and skills via asynchronous, instructor-led, and web-based training.
• Deliver live in-person and virtual learning sessions across Smartsheet content.
• Support Partner Account Managers during recruitment with product demos and APIs.
• Grade partner exams and manage Smartsheet proficiency accreditations.
• Maintain content in the partner relationship management tool for ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve channel objectives.
