Agoda is seeking a Tech Sourcer Specialist based in Bangkok with a strong track record in engineering talent sourcing. You will own end-to-end sourcing strategies, engage senior candidates, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business teams to fill high-impact roles.

You will drive data-informed sourcing, market mapping, and candidate outreach while thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment and a hybrid work setup.

Competenze

• 3+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience.
• A sales mindset: persuasive, persistent and value-led in every touchpoint.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end, high impact projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• High autonomy, urgency and follow-through.
• Thrive on change: you iterate fast and keep moving.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.
• Previous experience hiring for Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
