Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking an Executive Sourcing Manager to lead leadership recruitment across APAC. You will partner with senior HR and business leaders to shape sourcing strategies for Managing Directors and Partners, using market insight and creative talent origination.

You will build diverse pipelines, lead briefing calls, and translate growth priorities into actionable search plans while maintaining high discretion and delivering an exceptional candidate experience within a global tech

Qualifications

• Experience delivering executive sourcing or leadership recruitment assignments.
• Ability to engage senior candidates and hiring leaders with credibility.
• Strong market insight and ability to influence stakeholders across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to Executive Recruiters and senior hiring leaders across APAC.
• Lead executive search briefing calls, defining target profiles, markets and search strategies with senior stakeholders.
• Provide a market point of view on talent pools, competitors, candidate motivations and search risks.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for Managing Director and Partner-level appointments aligned to Accenture's growth priorities.
• Move beyond desktop research through proactive networking and referrals.
• Assess executive talent, including leadership capability, market relevance and motivation to join Accenture.
