Job summary

MinterEllison is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Culture team, based in Sydney or Melbourne, and to own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of practice groups and business services teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and a genuine partner to candidates throughout their journey to MinterEllison.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally in professional services or legal.
• Proven ability to source candidates directly and build pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Knowledge of current talent market trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles from briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with Partners, People Leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Provide market insight, salary benchmarking, market mapping and talent advice.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and reduce agency reliance.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience reflecting the firm's brand and values.
• Utilize direct sourcing channels to attract active and passive talent.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent and Resourcing team on projects and D&I initiatives.
