Vantage Data Centers seeks a Program Director to lead APAC front-end development for data center opportunities, from site identification to execution readiness. You will coordinate due diligence, govern investment approvals, and align cross-functional teams to maximize site conversion and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex development, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience across APAC markets, particularly Australia, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of site acquisition, due diligence, permitting, and utility infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the APAC Investment Council, driving strategic investment decisions and portfolio growth.
• Manage front-end development activities from site identification through land acquisition and due diligence.
• Provide executive-level guidance on budgets, schedules, risks, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and regional growth.
• Oversee due diligence programs for complex infrastructure opportunities and investment approvals.
• Prepare and present business cases and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
