Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Program Director to lead front-end development across APAC for data center opportunities. You will coordinate due diligence, governance, and investment pathways to maximize site conversion and align with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex development, infrastructure, construction, or real estate projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Strong governance and investment-approval process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC Investment Council and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Oversee front-end planning, site assessments, and entitlement activities.
• Coordinate due diligence across technical, commercial, and regulatory workstreams.
• Provide executive guidance on budgets, schedules, risks, and procurement.
• Drive governance, stage-gate processes, and investment approvals.
