Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks an experienced Director, CSA Design Management for the APAC region to lead and optimize design and engineering efforts across its delivery process. You will own the design life cycle, coordinate cross‑functional teams, oversee procurement, and act as the main contact for department leaders to drive uniformity in product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of design engineering or design management leadership in data centers or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of design coordination, change management, and construction delivery processes.
• Experience with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and continuous improvement of regional design packages, standards, and engineering specifications for civil, structural and architectural disciplines.
• Provide subject‑matter guidance on civil, structural and architectural matters to the Design & Engineering team.
• Oversee the full design life‑cycle from feasibility to IFC, ensuring designs are coordinated, complete, and aligned with cost plans and schedules.
• Establish regional design management processes, including deliverables tracking, IFT/IFC documentation, and KPI monitoring.
