Job summary

Salient Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced SDR to own outbound into Mid to Large organisations, working closely with a Senior AE. This role offers a clear pathway to progress into an AE position as the team scales rapidly.

You’ll research and reach out to potential customers across ANZ and beyond, and run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn while qualifying leads and booking meetings.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, ideally as an SDR for 6–12 months.
• Strong communicator who enjoys connecting with new people.
• Resilient, motivated, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about tech, startups, and the SaaS world.
• Team player who loves celebrating wins together.

Responsibilities

• SDR activities including outbound prospecting.
• Researching and reaching out to potential customers across ANZ and beyond.
• Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to learn what drives real business impact.
