Job summary

Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors in Sydney seeks a Portfolio Analyst Asia-Pacific to join the investment team. You’ll analyse real estate investments across the Asia-Pacific region, combining financial analysis with market intelligence and data to inform decisions.

You’ll forecast, value and monitor portfolio performance, reviewing business plans and ESG data, while collaborating with teams in Sydney and Amsterdam. Curiosity and independence are valued in this collaborative, international role.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Real Estate.
• At least 2 years’ experience in real estate investment or related field.
• Strong financial and analytical skills in cash flow, valuations and returns.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Python or data analytics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse cash flows, returns, leverage and sensitivities for investments.
• Contribute to quarterly forecasting, valuations and performance measurement.
• Review business plans, annual reports and ESG data to identify risks.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers across Sydney and Amsterdam.
• Support investment and potential divestment proposals with independent view.
