Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking a high-calibre Investment Analyst to join its Asia Pacific real estate investment team in Sydney. You will work with senior professionals on evaluating, underwriting and managing real estate investments across the region.

The role involves building financial models, conducting market research and contributing to strategic projects with a long-term investment focus. Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Argus are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investing or a related financial analysis role.
• Strong financial modelling and transaction experience (real estate experience is helpful but not essential).
• A degree in Finance, Real Estate or a related discipline, with a strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite real estate investments across the region
• Analyse potential investments, partnerships and their financial structures
• Build and maintain financial models and prepare investment analysis
• Conduct market research and compile financial data
• Support the monitoring and management of the existing portfolio
• Contribute to strategic projects alongside senior investment professionals
