Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Sydney is seeking an analyst to support the active management and analysis of the AMS portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with the Senior Director and external advisers on asset strategy, budgeting, cash flow models and reporting, while coordinating with property managers, valuers and project managers to deliver timely insights.

Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment management, valuation, property advisory, finance, development or related field.
Strong Excel and cash flow modelling skills.
Familiarity with property valuation concepts and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

Support asset business plans, annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow models.
Monitor operating and financial performance against plans; explain variances.
Assist with leasing analysis, capex assessment, valuations and hold/sell recommendations.
Coordinate information from property managers, valuers and project managers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting for investment committees and stakeholders.
Maintain asset-level data, monitoring tools, risk registers and related information.
Support acquisitions, disposals and financing through market research and due diligence.
Contribute to sustainability initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
